Ticket Purchases

Tickets can be purchased through:

• Online: Through our booking partner Easybook. Your transaction is subject to their terms and conditions.
• Walk-In: At the ticket counter at Jesselton Point ferry terminal during operating hours.

Please ensure you have valid identification when purchasing or boarding. Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and route specified.

Ferry Services

Jesselton Point operates the terminal facility only. Ferry services and vessel operations are managed by independent boat operators. Each operator is responsible for:

• Vessel safety, seaworthiness, and maintenance
• Safety of passengers during transit
• Compliance with maritime regulations
• Professional crew conduct and expertise

Cancellations & Refunds

Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event of poor weather, rough seas, or safety concerns, ferry services may be cancelled at the discretion of the boat operator. Passengers affected will receive:

• A full refund of their ticket fare, or
• The option to reschedule for another date

For cancellations initiated by passengers and other refund policies, please refer to the individual boat operator's terms and conditions or contact our information desk.

Marine Park Rules

When visiting protected marine parks, visitors must comply with conservation regulations:

• Conservation entry fees are required and must be paid at the counter
• Do not damage, touch, or remove corals, shells, or marine life
• Do not litter; take all waste with you or dispose of it in designated bins
• Follow all instructions and guidance from park rangers
• Respect marine park regulations and wildlife

Violations may result in fines or legal action in accordance with Malaysian environmental laws.

Limitation of Liability

Jesselton Point Terminal is not responsible for:

• Ferry vessel operations, voyage safety, or service delays caused by boat operators
• Acts of nature, including severe weather, storms, or rough seas
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the ferry or at the terminal
• Injuries or accidents occurring during ferry transit or island activities
• Third-party services and operators

Passengers assume all risks associated with ferry travel and marine activities.
