What time does island transfer start?
Island transfers begin at 8:00 AM daily. First boats typically depart between 8:00–8:30 AM. Operating hours extend until 4:00 PM, with the last return boat departing at that time.
How often do boats depart?
Morning departures (8:00 AM–12:00 PM) operate every 30–60 minutes. Afternoon departures (12:00 PM–3:00 PM) run at reduced frequency of 30–60 minutes. Return boats run every 60 minutes from 12:00 PM–4:00 PM.
How long is the boat ride?
The journey from Jesselton Point to the islands takes approximately 25 minutes. For multi-island packages, allow 5–15 minutes between island stops.
Can I visit more than one island?
Absolutely! We offer island-hopping packages for 2, 3, or 4 islands. Pricing is tiered based on the number of islands you visit. Multi-island tours run daily between 10:00 AM–1:00 PM.
How do I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets two ways: (1) Online via Easybook at your convenience, or (2) At the counter at Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal. Online booking guarantees availability and provides instant e-tickets.
What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes the boat transfer, terminal fee, and conservation fee (for TARP protection). Water sports activities (jet ski, banana boat, snorkeling) are optional add-ons available at the islands.
